BHUBANESWAR: The State Government has effected a minor reshuffle of IAS officers and appointed Bichitrananda Das as the Managing Director of the Orissa State Disaster Management Authority (OSDMA). He will replace NK Sundaray who will continue as the Special Relief Commissioner (SRC).
Saswat Mishra has been appointed Director of Sports and Youth Affairs. He will continue as the Managing Director of the OMC.
Krishna Gopal Mohapatra has been appointed as the new Director of Orissa Primary Education Project Authority (OPEPA) while Narayan Samantray is the Additional Secretary in the Water Resources Department.
Manasee Mohanty will be the new Director, Culture, while Guru Prasad Mishra has been posted as Joint Secretary in the Forest and Environment Department. Mishra was the officer on special duty (OSD) to the Chief Secretary.
